“Hypnotherapy goes deeply to the root so you feel like your actions are a choice, not something you have to do out of compulsion.”

Becky Nagel, LCSW

Sick of your addictions running the show?

Quitting smoking feels as possible as finding a unicorn in your backyard. Maybe binge eating has you raiding the fridge at midnight and hating yourself afterward. Or maybe you sneak off to watch porn when you’re stressed or lonely, or keep falling into the same toxic relationship patterns.

At least you’re consistent, right?

You know there’s a deeper reason, but it feels like you’re stuck in quicksand and can’t break free.

Imagine destroying those habits and melting away the pain.

Picture this: You wake up one morning and realize you haven’t even craved a cigarette in weeks. You feel empowered in your relationships, no longer falling for the same emotionally unavailable partners. You walk into a meeting, crush your presentation, and not a drop of sweat in sight.

You’re making healthy choices because you want to, not because you’re driven by some uncontrollable urge.

You finally feel in control, like you actually have a say in your own life.

I get how deep these issues can run.

The good news? I’m trained in a tool—hypnotherapy—that gets to the root cause of your struggles and makes real shifts happen without endless talking.

Hypnotherapy works with the unconscious parts of your mind, the ones you’re not even aware of but that control most of what you do.

It’s like hacking your brain to break those bad habits and create lasting change.

  Who this therapy is for:

  • → People struggling with addictions like smoking, porn, and binge eating.

  • → Those with relationship issues who seek out repetitive, toxic patterns.

  • → Individuals with anxiety and fears, such as public speaking.

  • → Anyone feeling stuck and ready to break free from old habits.

  • → If you’re tired of the same old cycles and want to make real changes, this therapy is for you.

How does hypnotherapy work?

Contrary to the stereotype, there’s nothing magical or religious about hypnotherapy. And nope, it’s not mind control—I can’t make you cluck like a chicken. That’s stage hypnosis, not hypnotherapy.

Think of it more like a trance state, kind of like when you’ve been driving for a long time and don’t remember parts of the trip. It’s natural, and we slip into it ourselves all the time.

I know it can be scary to “go there,” but going there is where the relief is.

Here’s what to expect:

During sessions, you’ll be lying down, comfy and cozy, with your eyes closed. I’ll use relaxation and imagery to help you get to the root of your issues—like that first time you felt unworthy or the moment you turned to a pan of brownies for comfort.

The process soothes, heals, and replaces those deep-seated issues with healthier patterns.

Breaking free from your bad habits.
